Full Service

A lot goes into Full Service for our customers, but that’s what we do!

Full Service means that we do the job right. You buy the gear from us, we install it, we program the remotes, and we show you how to use it. If you have service issues, whether for operations or repair, we take care of you.

When you hook up a DVD player to your system there are a number of things that have to be done. The connections have to be correct. The menus have to be set up properly. The system simply won’t perform well, much less to the standards intended, unless these steps are followed.

We’ve sold a lot of Panasonic Pro Plasma TVs. It’s downright shocking to find that when we install them, we find at least half the people haven’t been running their disc players set up to their full potential since the day they bought them! Not only do some folks limit the performance by using the wrong connections, many didn’t even know their disc player had an intricate set up menu!

The worst comes with the HD/DVR cable boxes. Even the cable/satellite guys hook them up wrong more often than they hook them up right! They often leave the customer with NO sound and standard, not HD TV!

We know it’s tempting to buy some cheap Korean plasma TV from the superstores. They promise you a "perfect picture" at a cheap price. But when you consider all that goes into getting things right, including the TWO YEAR WARRANTY, try not to fall prey to the "deal of a lifetime" the superstores offer. We’ll come to your house to make it right. They won’t!
