Atoll’s IN80 Signature is a notch stronger than it’s formidable little brother, IN50 Signature. The transformer and filter cap sizes roughly double.

IN80 is the first integrated in the line to use Atoll’s venerable 340VA Spain built transformer. IN80 uses four 6800uF caps instead of the two, that are used with IN50.

As you’ll see line wide with Atoll, a modest step up in price buys you a good chunk more of hardware. If you can swing $1700 instead of $1200, you’ll hear deeper bass and bigger dynamics with IN80 over IN50.
